There’s something about a mountain getaway that already feels special—but adding something unexpected for your kids? That’s what turns a trip into something they’ll never forget.
On a recent trip to Estes Park, Colorado, I packed up a couple of our sleepover tent setups and brought them along to our Airbnb. Even though I own a sleepover company, it was actually the first time I had ever set one up just for my own kids—and it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our entire trip.

Our Airbnb had the most beautiful open loft—wood beams, high ceilings, and windows that overlooked the mountains. It was already a space you wanted to spend time in.
But once the tents were set up, it became something else entirely.
What started as a simple loft turned into a fully styled glamping space just for them. It gave the kids their own place to unwind after a full day of hiking and exploring—and added a layer of fun that you just don’t get from a typical vacation setup.

They had no idea I was setting it up.
Seeing their names on each tent and their own little space waiting for them instantly became the highlight of the trip.
It wasn’t just about where they slept—it became:
And one of the biggest differences?
They were actually comfortable.
We use **real memory foam mattresses—not air mattresses—**which makes a huge difference, especially when you’re away from home. It meant they could enjoy the experience and get a good night’s sleep.

While this trip was in Colorado, most of what we do happens right here in Kansas.
We regularly provide full sleepover tent setups in homes and Airbnbs throughout the Wichita and surrounding areas—perfect for families who:
And the best part?
You don’t have to live in Wichita to book with us.
If you’re traveling into the area, we can set everything up at your Airbnb so it’s ready when you arrive.
For trips further away—like our Estes Park getaway—we offer a self pick-up option.
That means you can:
It’s perfect for birthdays while traveling, family vacations, or simply making a trip feel more intentional for your kids.
One thing I didn’t want on vacation was to feel rushed—and that’s something we’ve built into our rentals.
Additional nights are half off, so you can:
Because the goal is to make things easier—not add another timeline to your trip.
One of the most unexpected parts of this experience?
The Airbnb loved the setup so much that it ended up being featured and shared—something I never would have expected when I first loaded everything into the car.
It was one of those moments that reminded me why I started this in the first place—creating something that feels thoughtful, elevated, and genuinely memorable for families.

As much as I love bringing these experiences into homes and Airbnbs, I also know that not everyone wants to move furniture, make space, or prepare their home before hosting.
That’s exactly why we’re currently in the early stages of planning a dedicated sleepover venue in Andover, Kansas.
A space where:
Construction is still about a year and a half out—but it’s something I’m incredibly excited to bring to life.

From Wichita-area Airbnb setups to destination trips across the country, it’s all about creating something your kids will remember long after it’s over.
